The four ways deals die

Across every lost deal, the behavior clustered into four recurring patterns. Each card shows the historical recovery rate, deal count, and top warning signals — click a card for the full playbook and recovery details.

Behavioral signals that drive deal outcomes

Signals are ranked by how heavily the model weighs them (the "Weight" column). For each one, we show the average value on deals that closed Won vs. those that were Lost — so you can see both which signals matter and how they differ. "Strength" reflects that ranking. Filter by segment to see where the gap is largest.
